Introductory Intuitive Consulting Package

This consists of 4 sessions of 3 different modalities. The sessions are done in the following order, taking you step by step so that you can experience and feel for yourself the manner in which you are an integrated, whole being. You can understand how neck and shoulder pain, for example, directly relates to and is created by things going on in other parts of your life. You can understand the correlation to how your work life, personal life, mental, emotional, even spiritual states are connected to each other and to your physical body.

• The first session is bodywork.
  
• The second session teaches and practices meditation.
  
• The third and fourth sessions are intuitive consulting and energy work. This is beneficial for those beginning their transformative journey and who are new to receiving energy work and learning to meditate. Depending on the client and situation, more dialog and guided visualization is done during this session to familiarize you with the feeling, sense or sight of energy. It is an introduction to the relaxing, stress reducing and healing benefits of energy work.

Intuitive Consulting/Energy Work Package

After the Introductory Intuitive Consulting Package, all successive consulting and energy work builds upon the learning and work begun during the initial package. Over time the work I do with you becomes highly individualized and tailored to what’s going on with you and what you’d like to accomplish. You will learn more complex meditation skills, greater understanding of energy, how to work with it, and how to care for yourself in being able to better create and manage your everyday life.

All intuitive consulting/energy work sessions are 90 minutes long, with the last 30 minutes devoted to consulting, questions and answers. You’re learning a lot of different techniques, concepts and perspectives, which are an important part of the journey. It takes time and conversations to best integrate and understand them.

Ultra Intuitive Consulting/Energy Work and Bodywork Package

The sessions in this package alternate between consulting/energy work and bodywork. Half of the sessions are consulting/energy work and the other half are bodywork. Intuitive consulting/energy work sessions are 90 minutes long, while the bodywork sessions are 60 minutes.

Bodywork Package

This is a minimum of 4 sessions. You may have all four sessions of bodywork, or you may substitute two of them with therapeutic massage. If choosing this option, the two modalities alternate from one session to the next. Bodywork sessions are 60 minutes in length. Therapeutic massage may be 60 or 90 minutes in length.

Therapeutic massage add-ons are available with all intuitive consulting/energy work packages. These are either $85 for 60 minutes or $130 for 90 minutes.
