👥 Come as you are. This is a space for connection, reflection, and healing.

A 12 week group reading workshop | Next Group Starts Sept. 30th 2025

📅 Tuesdays 6-7pm CST(Free Book Reading)
📅Fridays 530-7pm CST (Paid Tiers Workbook + Breathwork/Meditation & Somatic and Parts Work Therapy)

Are you a woman whose attachment patterns were shaped by early emotional absence rather than steady maternal care?

You’re not alone.

Some wounds don’t leave bruises, they leave patterns. If you grew up without the nurture, protection, or guidance you needed from your mother, you may have learned to become capable far too soon. You learned to keep the peace, to read the room, to not need too much. These strategies helped you survive, but they often unravel later in life — especially in relationships, boundaries, self-worth, and in the ability to receive love without having to earn it.

Triad of Healing Mini — Healing the Maternal Attachment Wound is a seven-week somatic group experience for women who recognize themselves as the responsible one, the caretaker, the peacekeeper, or the woman who quietly disappears in order to stay chosen. You may find yourself shrinking your voice, fawning to avoid conflict, craving closeness while fearing it, or endlessly over-functioning. These are not personality quirks or personal failures. They are brilliant survival responses.

In this program, we explore what was missing and how it shaped you, how the nervous system learned to cope, how shame replaced guidance, how the body holds unmet longing, and how grief becomes the doorway back to self. Each week blends nervous system education, breathwork, somatic integration, and gentle group witnessing. There is no fixing here. Only understanding, repair, and the gradual return to yourself.

If you feel a quiet recognition or a pull toward this work, trust that. Your system may be ready. Healing begins when the nervous system no longer has to carry it alone.

Together, we will explore:

✨ A compassionate understanding of how early maternal attachment shaped your nervous system, relationships, and survival patterns, and why they still show up today

✨ Insight into how the absence of protection, guidance, and emotional attunement shaped your sense of self, your voice, your boundaries, and how you learned to cope or disappear

✨ Reflective, breath-centered, and somatic practices woven with parts work and relational healing in an intimate community, supporting nervous system repair and the reclaiming of your worth and belonging

Come as you are. Your story belongs here.

This group is open to any woman who identifies with the pain of a lost or never-formed maternal bond and who is seeking validation, community, and healing.

You deserve to feel safe, seen, and supported as you turn toward the younger parts of yourself who have waited for this kind of care.
