A private guided breathwork session designed to help you release tension, clear emotional blockages, and reconnect to your body’s natural rhythm. Each session includes a personalized playlist and theme created to guide you through what feels heavy — whether it’s not feeling good enough, too much piling up, or the weight of old childhood pain. Through conscious connected breathing, you’ll activate your body’s innate healing intelligence and create space for calm, clarity, and renewal. Every session is trauma-informed and tailored to your unique needs.
In Person Group Breathwork
$55 per Person
Experience the power of community healing in this intimate in-person session for up to ten participants. Together, we use conscious connected breathing to move energy, release emotional buildup, and restore balance to the body and mind. Each session is supported by a specially curated playlist and theme designed to guide your release and deepen your connection to self. The group energy amplifies the healing process, offering connection, safety, and shared transformation in a trauma-informed space.


Online Group Breathwork

Join from wherever you are and experience the power of breath in community. These live online sessions are open to all and designed to help you release tension, restore balance, and reconnect to your inner calm. Each session includes a carefully crafted playlist and theme to guide your journey, while you’re supported in a trauma-informed virtual space that encourages deep release and connection. Joining Energies in Motion breathing workshop has been a transformative part of my healing journey. After working with Teresa for several months, I felt called to explore different breathing techniques and deepen my connection to my body. Being part of a group, collectively experiencing conscious connected breathing, was incredibly powerful. The integration groups were an essential part of the experience. Hearing others share vulnerably, and being able to share my own experience, reassured the parts of me that feared I was alone. Witnessing Teresa guide others helped me internalize a new sense of steadiness and safety. My biggest takeaway was how safe it felt to share honestly and freely. I left each integration session feeling an expanded sense of capacity within myself and the reassurance that I wasn’t on this journey alone. I’ve never experienced that so deeply in a group setting before. I’m proud of myself for showing up, sometimes multiple times a week, and allowing myself to take up space, be heard, and be guided. I look forward to participating in another Energies in Motion workshop in the future.
