About The Mentorship
The Triad of Healing Method™ Certification Program is a 16-week experiential mentorship program that leads to a certification recognized by IPHM for practitioners who want to develop a deeper, more embodied way of working with themselves and the people they serve.
Through an integrated approach to Breathwork, Somatic Awareness, and Embodied Parts Integration, you will learn to support transformational experiences without needing to fix, rescue, diagnose, or determine the outcome.
Instead, you learn how to create the conditions in which greater awareness, connection, regulation, compassion, and healing may emerge.

Three Pathways.
One Integrated Method.
The Triad of Healing Method™ brings together three primary pillars.

1
Breath creates an opportunity to move beneath the thinking mind and into direct experience.
Through Conscious Connected Breathing and the Energies in Motion Breathwork Method™, students learn how to prepare participants, establish the breath, safely facilitate an experiential process, recognize activation, and support the transition from Breathwork into reflection and integration.
Breathwork is not used to force an emotional experience or create a particular outcome.
It is an invitation into greater awareness.
Tailored Breathwork
2
The body contains information.
Sensations, impulses, tension patterns, unprocessed emotional responses, and shifts in energy which all provide valuable information about what a person is experiencing.
Students learn to become more attentive to what is happening in the body — without immediately analyzing, interpreting, or trying to change it.
Somatic Awareness helps us move from “What is wrong?” toward “What am I noticing?” and from there, curiosity becomes possible.
Somatic Awareness
3
We all have parts that participate in how we response to life.
Some parts protect. Some withdraw. Some become hypervigilant. Some work hard to maintain control.
Some hold emotions or experiences that have never fully been witnessed.
Within the Triad of Healing, these experiences are approached through Embodied Parts Integration — a participant-centered process of developing awareness, understanding, appreciation, and compassionate relationship with internal experiences and protective responses.
The intention is not to eliminate parts of ourselves. It is to change the relationship we have with them.
Together, these three pillars create the foundation of the Triad of Healing Method™.
Embodied Parts Integration
The Experience Is Only Part of the Work
One of the core principles of the Triad is that a powerful experience by itself does not necessarily create lasting change.
Students learn how to help participants remain connected to what emerged without rushing to explain it or assign meaning to it.

The Triad's integration process is built around four movements:
Observe
Understand
Witness
Integrate
Notice what is present without immediately analyzing, fixing, or changing it.
Become curious about the experience and what it may be communicating.
Recognize the wisdom, protection, strength, or adaptation within what has emerged.
Create space for compassion, acceptance, and a natural relationship with the experience.

Meet Your Facilitators

Teresa Napierala
Founder, Energies in Motion™ | Creator, Triad of Healing Method™
Teresa's work brings together years of personal recovery, professional education, facilitator training, continuing education, and direct experience supporting individuals seeking greater awareness, emotional regulation, nervous system flexibility, self-compassion, and connection.
Teresa's approach is rooted in a simple but meaningful philosophy: Healing occurs through connection rather than correction.
Her teaching emphasizes participant autonomy, nervous system awareness, ethical facilitation, compassion, curiosity, and the understanding that the facilitator's role is not to become the expert on another person's experience.
Throughout the certification, Teresa provides the primary educational framework and guides students in integrating Breathwork, Somatic Awareness, Embodied Parts Integration, trauma-informed facilitation, ethics, safety, and practitioner Self Leadership.

Gabriel Christo
Founding Faculty - Breathwork & Embodiment
Gabriel Christo is a breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, and somatic coach whose work is rooted in over a decade as a professional performing artist.
He began in Brazil as an elite gymnast training for the Olympics before an invitation from Cirque du Soleil brought him into the troupe, where he spent thirteen years performing high-level, high-risk acrobatics on some of the world's largest stages.
To manage the fear and anxiety that came with performing at that level, he turned to meditation and breathwork - a practice that transformed not only how he performed, but how he lived. That experience became the foundation of his work today.
Gabriel has since taught breathwork internationally, guiding individuals and groups in using breath and movement to regulate the nervous system, release tension, and return to a grounded sense of presence. A certified yoga teacher and content creator, he combines the discipline of an elite athlete with the empathy of a facilitator, drawing on his own embodied background to help others reconnect with their bodies and themselves.

Marshall Vaughan
Founding Faculty - Integration & Coaching
Marshall Vaughan brings years of experience in breathwork, coaching, leadership, and embodied personal development. As a Certified Breathwork Facilitator and Holistic Performance Coach, he has worked with men and women to support nervous system regulation, burnout recovery, healthier communication, and greater alignment with purpose.
Marshall has led somatic Breathwork workshops and men’s retreats across the United States, integrating IFS-informed principles and embodied Parts Work into his coaching and group experiences. His approach is trauma-informed, blending nervous system regulation, deep inner work, reflective inquiry, and practical structure.
Within the Triad of Healing Method™, Marshall brings a strong integration and coaching lens, helping students understand what happens after an experience opens something and how to bridge insight into lived experience, communication, leadership, and meaningful change.

Curriculum Overview
The Triad is designed as a progression — not simply a collection of tools.
Across 16 weeks, you’ll move from understanding the foundations of the work to learning how to facilitate, support what emerges, integrate meaningful experiences, and ultimately embody the principles in your own practice.
FOUNDATIONS
Weeks 1–4
FACILITATION
Weeks 5-8
INTEGRATION
Weeks 9-12
EMBODIMENT
Weeks 13-16
4
Understand the Human Experience
The final stretch is about stepping into the role of facilitator. You'll cover ethics, scope of practice, and professional standards, then complete supervised practicum hours, feedback sessions, and a final facilitation demonstration. By the end, you're not just certified on paper. You've practiced the method, received feedback, and built the confidence to bring this work into your own practice.
Weeks 13-16
3
Work With What Emerges
Here you'll explore how family systems, attachment history, and generational patterns shape the beliefs and adaptations clients carry into a session, without assigning blame or pathologizing anyone.
You'll also learn to apply the Witness, Understand, Appreciate, Welcome framework, the model used for helping clients make sense of what surfaces during Breathwork and connect it back to their daily life. This is the piece that turns a powerful experience into lasting change.
Weeks 9-12
2
Learn to Hold the Experience
This is where the science meets the skill. You'll learn the physiology of breath and the nervous system, including how the autonomic nervous system moves between activation and recovery, alongside trauma-informed facilitation principles: the window of tolerance, recognizing hyperarousal, hypoarousal, and dissociation, and holding client autonomy at every step.
From there, you'll learn the five-phase Energies in Motion Breathwork Method, from grounding and breath transition through the active breathing experience, so you leave this section able to safely and confidently lead a full session.
Weeks 5-8
1
Understand the Human Experience
You'll get grounded in the philosophy and framework of the Triad of Healing Method: the three pillars of Breathwork, Somatic Awareness, and Embodied Parts Integration, and the core belief that healing happens through connection rather than correction.
This section also covers the developmental framework used to understand how safety, attachment, identity, and self-expression form over a lifetime, so you can recognize the emotional and relational themes that surface in future clients with compassion instead of judgment.
Weeks 1-4
You may already have tools that work.
The Triad is not asking you to replace them.

The Triad of Healing Method gives you a deeper framework for understanding what may be happening within the client while you are working with them and how to respond with greater awareness, safety, and discernment.
This program may resonate if you have ever wondered:
-
What do I do when something unexpected emerges?
-
How do I know when to stay with an experience and when to slow it down?
-
How do I support someone without fixing or interpreting for them?
-
What happens after a breakthrough, emotional release, or powerful insight?
-
How do I help someone integrate an experience into their everyday life?
The Triad is designed to help you become more confident in those moments. Not by giving you a rigid script, but by strengthening your ability to notice, understand, and respond.
Our Commitment To You
Certification is easy to hand out. Real support is not. For sixteen weeks, we're in the room with you every single week, teaching, answering your questions, and making sure you leave each session actually ready for what's next, not just familiar with the material. If a concept isn't clicking or a facilitation skill needs more practice, we stay with it until it does. That's not an add-on to this program. That's how we teach.
When the sixteen weeks are over, we don't disappear. You'll have a home in our ongoing support community, direct access to us as you start facilitating on your own, and a standing invitation to keep learning alongside other certified facilitators. We didn't build this program to hand you a certificate and send you on your way. We built it because we wanted to be a resource you can actually count on, not just while you're a student, but for as long as you're doing this work.
Investment
This certification was built to give you more than a credential. Every hour of training, every practicum session, and every piece of ongoing support is designed to leave you equipped to hold real, skilled space for your clients, and to bring something new into your practice that you can stand behind. A Few Words From Our Clients

Working with Teresa has been one of the best decisions I've made for my healing. I had never heard of Parts Work before working with her and have been blown away by its effectiveness in learning and working with all parts of myself. Teresa has incredible intuition for guiding the session, while still leaving plenty of space for my parts to speak.
Our structure involves a few Parts Work sessions followed by a releasing breathwork session, which my nervous system has accepted well. I can't thank Teresa enough for all that she has done for me and would recommend her to anyone!
- C. Cochran

I have sat with many therapists over the years, yet it has been in the past few months of working with Teresa that I have made significant progress in my healing journey. I really can’t say enough about Teresa and her way of creating, not just a safe space in which to do healing work, but also a gentle and caring space.
With Teresa, you instantly feel seen and heard. Her healing energy wraps around you like a warm blanket. What I appreciate most about Teresa is her willingness to allow her own vulnerabilities to be witnessed. Her approach to helping those with cPTSD involves reclaiming your true self through somatic work, releasing stuck energy through emotional healing and empowering her clients by focusing primarily on how you were affected by your experiences. Teresa has a true gift and is a true gift.
- Kelly A.

Working with Teresa has been such a transformative experience for me. I spent years in therapy doing deep trauma work, and while it helped, I still felt stuck in so many ways. Somatic Parts Work and Breathwork with Teresa opened up something in me that I hadn’t been able to access before. For the first time, I could really be in my body and step out of my head. Instead of constantly analyzing, I learned how to just notice what was coming up with curiosity and compassion.
Through this work, I started to connect with different parts of myself with understanding and forgiveness. Teresa creates a space that feels safe and supportive, which allowed me to release layers of pain I’d been holding onto for years. I feel more present with others, more connected to myself, and able to stay with whatever comes up. I’m really grateful for this work and for Teresa’s guidance.
- Michelle L.

Before you learn to facilitate this work, here's what it feels like to experience it. These reflections come from people we've walked alongside using the same Breathwork, Somatic Awareness, and Self-Led Parts Integration you'll be trained in.

Working with Marshall has been truly transformative in my personal and professional life. Through modalities of space holding, men’s work, breathwork, and body-mind connecting, Marshall’s skills in leadership has helped me to develop individual qualities of enhancing communication, tuning into emotional regulation, building self-confidence, and connecting to the inner self.
His grounded presence, clear engagement, and mindful framework of rapport, leaves me feeling confident, centered and devoted to my truth.
- A. Shutler

Breathwork with Gabriel is not just a class. It's a journey inward, a full return to self. His presence is calm yet powerful, inviting you to soften, to release, to trust the rhythm of your own body. Each session is a safe container where vulnerability isn't just allowed, it's honored. He holds space with such clarity and integrity that you feel completely safe opening up. The breath strips away everything that isn't real, brings up what's been hidden, and with it comes freedom.
The work invites courage, because the breath takes you to places within yourself you may have never visited. There's a moment when you realize you're not just breathing, you're remembering who you are. That's the gift of Gabriel's guidance: every inhale a chance to receive, every exhale a chance to release.
- E. Sorani

Marshall leads from the heart. It’s clear in his facilitation that he’s put the hours in studying and practicing his craft. I felt safe to explore inward, because I knew Marshall had everything taken care of on the outside. Not only is he great at what he does, but he has a great time doing it and it shows.
- Isaac W.

The sessions have been a chance to connect with my own energy and soul space while feeling completely supported, held in community, love, and a sense of oneness with the universe. I adore Gabriel. He creates a magical place to step outside the stressors of the world right now.
- Nicole A.
