Refund and Cancellation Policy for Energies In Motion 
 

Refund Policy At Energies in Motion, all payments made for sessions, workshops, programs, memberships, and offerings are non-refundable once payment has been received. Due to the energetic, emotional, and time commitment involved in holding space, preparing materials, and reserving placement within programs and sessions, I am unable to offer refunds for purchased services or reserved spaces. If circumstances arise that prevent participation, I will make every reasonable effort to apply paid funds toward a future session, workshop, or offering when possible. This may include holding a space in a future workshop or rescheduling a prepaid session based on availability and at my discretion.

Cancellation Policy
At Energies in Motion, I understand that life circumstances and unexpected situations can arise.
In order to honor both your time and the time held for all clients, the following cancellation
policy is in place:


A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any session cancellation or rescheduling request. If
I receive notice at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session time, I will make my best effort
to offer a rescheduled appointment based on availability. Please note that rescheduling is not
guaranteed.


For any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice, the session will be considered forfeited
and no reschedule option will be available.

 

This policy helps protect the consistency, preparation, and energetic space held for each client
session.
